Settlement, 1844
Settlement, dated November 29, 1844, between ‘Ali, son of A[qa] Mirza Javad from Khuzan, on behalf of the underage children of the late Muhammad Shafi‘, son of Aqa ‘Ali, and Haji Badi‘, son of the late Aqa ‘Ali Muhammad, exchanging some land in Shams Abad for forty tumans. The note on the verso indicates that on November 21, 1847, Muhammad transferred the mentioned property to his wife, Baygum Khanum, daughter of Haji Malik Muhammad from Khuzan, in a separate document.

A copy of listed properties, based on an earlier settlement, that belonged to Gawhar Taj Khanum, younger daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah, amongst her grandsons, Mahdikhan (son of Husayn Khan Iftikhar Nizam), and Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan, Ibrahim Khan, and ‘Isa Khan (sons of ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad). Ghulamhusayn Khan ‘Amiri Sardar Mujallal (their grandfather and Gawhar Taj Khanum's husband) and ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad are the guardians of these four underage children.

Settlement between Mirza Muhammad Sadiq al-Mulk, head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Karbalayi Muhammad (known as Dih Bashi), over one-sixth and a half of a building located in Sangilaj. Settlement between Karbalayi Muhammad Dih Bashi, as the executor of his brother's (the late Karbalayi Muhammad Taqi) will, and Shaykh ‘Abd al-Husayn, as attorney of Haji Muhammad Najmabadi (the guardian of Karbalayi Muhammad Taqi’s underage children), over one-sixth and a half of a building worth fifty tumans.

Settlement between Haj Mirza ʻAli Akbar, son of Mirza Khurasani, executor of the will of the late Mirza Abu Talib [illegible] from Lahijan, on behalf of his inheritors including his underaged children and two wives, and Mirza Sayyid ʻAli, son of Sayyid Muhammad Yusuf [illegible], exchanging one half of the late Mirza Abu Talib's land for one hundred tumans paid annually for five years.

Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars.
